Private equity firm Graham Partners announce that it acquired Wisconsin-based Scandia Plastics, a manufacturer of blow molded bottles, containers, and light industrial parts, for an undisclosed sum.
According to Graham Partners, in Scandia's case, significant industry consolidation has created an addressable gap within blow molded plastic packaging, providing significant growth opportunities.
Scandia Plastics CEO Lars Graff said the company felt it was important to find a partner with expertise in the plastics packaging industry for it to continue its success.
"Graham Partners was the ideal choice," said Graff.
