The main difference is:
Most magnesium alloy die-casting molds are used for hot-chamber machines (some are also produced by cold-chamber machines)
Aluminum alloy is produced by cold room machine
In the production of magnesium alloy hot-chamber machine, the design of its shunt cone and sprue bushing is different from that of aluminum alloy.
Due to the characteristics of magnesium alloy die-casting mold, the inner gate is relatively thinner than the famous aluminum alloy die-casting mold when designing the inner gate, and the initial design speed of the inner gate is faster than that of aluminum alloy (compared with the same product)
