The vertical tool post has a three-layer structure and is composed of a beam slide, a revolving slide and a ram. The cross beam sliding seat and the slewing sliding seat are made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron, the ram is made of ductile iron, the sliding guide surface of the tool post is precision scraped and pasted with the guide soft belt, and all ball screw support bearings are combined bearings.

The hydraulic system is composed of the worktable dynamic pressure guide rail control system, the main drive transmission system, the beam clamping and loosening system, and the main drive lubrication. The main hydraulic components are made of domestic famous manufacturers to ensure the quality of the hydraulic components.
